"All of us experience varying degrees of pain and difficulties. I strongly believe that we were not designed to walk this journey alone, and it is my privilege to sit with and support clients from all different backgrounds as they navigate the twists and turns, ups and downs, of their unique experiences. My specialties in counseling include spiritual exploration and growth, emotional awareness and regulation, relationship issues, addictions, and issues of personal identity that can result from aging and major life changes. I believe that every single person has innate value and the ability to heal and grow. The process of healing and growth is challenging and messy, but my desire and commitment is to sit with my clients through this process and support their pursuit of a healthier life." - Brittany
