Renée Lord

Renée Lord is a registered clinical social worker intern who earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of West Florida. Renée works with both couples and individuals of all ages. She is trained in the neurosequential model of therapeutics, emotionally-focused therapy, and sand tray therapy, and she is SYMBIS certified for work with couples.  Renée has an affinity for helping women work through trauma, grief and loss, and divorce.  As her values stem from her faith in Jesus Christ, she enjoys providing Christian counseling.  

Renée's passion for helping others navigate the complexities of pain and grief was born from her personal story of the death of her adult child in 2002. In 2004, she became a mouthpiece in our community raising awareness about the dangers of drunk driving when she started The Meagan Napier Foundation, a nonprofit organization honoring her daughter and her daughter’s friend. Renée has extensive experience in public speaking as she has taken her story of trauma, forgiveness, and healing to schools, churches, military bases, mental health facilities, and various other organizations throughout the community, the state, and the country. As she has dedicated her life to saving lives over the past 20 years, she has won numerous prestigious awards and honors for her selfless service. Renée is truly a lover of all people and is one of the most compassionate and encouraging individuals on planet Earth.
