We use the S.O.A.R. framework to guide the process:

- Overcome Barriers – Identify internal and external challenges, patterns, or narratives that may be getting in the way.
- Access Strengths – Explore what’s helped you grow in the past and how to use those assets moving forward.
- Route the Path Forward – Build a step-by-step plan with milestones, habits, and strategies to help you move with clarity and momentum.
