Wellness Development

Wellness Development is a confidential, non-clinical coaching service that can be facilitated across state lines and world-wide.  In Wellness Development, our role is largely to listen, ask questions, and empower.  We provide a supportive avenue for clients to reach their personal and spiritual goals by AID-ing the individual in:

1. Articulating specific GOALS for greater life fulfillment.
2. Identifying unique challenges and strengths.  What are the historical barriers and present challenges for reaching your GOALS?  Where do your strengths lie that have helped you overcome challenges and reach GOALS in the past?
3. Developing a detailed plan to reach your GOALS, including benchmark milestones to celebrate along the way.
