She is trained in Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, which combines Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. She is also trained in EMDR, a therapeutic approach that helps alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories, often with minimal verbal processing. Nicole has worked across multiple levels of care, providing individual, family, group, and crisis therapy in both outpatient and residential settings.
