She brings more than 15 years of experience in education and professional development, as well as nearly five years providing behavioral health services to students and families in Escambia County schools.
Whitney helps children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s difficult seasons with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
Her goal is to support clients in challenging the negative beliefs they may hold about themselves, strengthening their relationships and communication skills, and creating lives rooted in purpose, intention, and acceptance.
Whitney strives to provide a therapeutic space where each client feels understood and supported. She sees herself as a working partner in each client’s counseling journey. She deeply values the life she has built with her family and is passionate about helping others discover connection and joy in their own lives.
Whitney takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs and experiences. She works collaboratively with clients to build safety and trust and support healing, meeting each person where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them.
